Dear Colleagues,

Prolotherapy is also known as "proliferation therapy," "regenerative injection therapy" or "proliferative injection therapy". It involves injecting a prolotherapy solution in the region of tendons or ligaments for the purpose of strengthening weakened connective tissue and alleviating musculoskeletal pain.

This program is planned for small group(5-10) supervised hands on practical training for an excellent clinical practice. This program includes 6 hours of theoretical training, and 10 hours of clinical practice with one to one supervision.   

During the Prolotherapy Course, there is a strong emphasis on knee, shoulder, elbow, hip, back and ankle injections using palpatory methods and  anatomical landmarks for needle localization.  In addition Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)

Prolotherapy are taught with an emphasis on intra-articular injection for advanced chronic Osteoarthritis.

Generally, these procedures are simple to perform and learn, have a lower risk threshold and are financially rewarding as well. Your patients will also be pleased that you can treat them rather than prescribing NSAID, steroid or referring to Orthopaedic for Hyalurinic injection, arthroscopy shaving and cleaning or knee operation.

This comprehensive Interventional Prolotherapy  treatment will provide education and clinical expert on frequently encounter patients suffering from these common, yet painful conditions. Many of these conditions can easily be treated in your practice.

This training session will focus on the essentials of Prolotherapy injection techniques that produce effective results in myofacial and neuromuscular pain syndromes. In addition you will learn key regenerative Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injection to compliment your treatments, fast track your rehab, and shorten recovery time.It is involves understanding the nature of myofascial pathology due to acute and chronic trauma. Trauma to the ligaments, joints, capsules and their attachment sites and the relationship to chronic myofacsial and neuromuscular pain will be addressed.  Also we will define and learn to treat other pain syndromes that do not follow classic dermatomal pain patterns.

Description: Its covers the pathophysiology, diagnosis, and effective treatment of acute and chronic injury of the upper and lower extremities including the shoulder. We will learn accurate assessment of those injury sites and the latest most effective ways to treat them using prolotherapy. The majority of this course will be hands-on/practical application of the most effective prolotherapy and PRP techniques. The intensive will be divided into three parts- lecture, clinical observation, and  hands-on practical application. Since 2001 Dr. Zulkafperi has treated thousands of patients using prolotherapy and regenerative injection techniques. Proper instruction in these unique injection techniques is the key to becoming a successful prolotherapist. Even if a practitioner is able to perform standard injections this does not necessarily mean they are prepared to start performing prolotherapy. Prolotherapy involves a unique technique of palpation and clinical observation skills in order to have successful outcomes. Injection methodology is uniquely important in PRP. Knowledge of anatomy, injection technique, solutions used, and plenty of experience are crucial to success.
